  • Prepare einkorn crepes according to the recipe.
  • When ready to serve, combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle each crepe with the sugar mixture, fold them into triangles and sprinkle a bit more sugar on top. Add a pat of room temperature butter and eat ‘em up!
