Fresh Strawberry Cobbler
Big, juicy strawberries soaked in balsamic vinegar and granulated sugar make this fresh strawberry cobbler recipe the best we’ve ever tasted! Serve it with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream and you’ve got yourself all the ingredients you need for a little slice of heaven.
When making this cobbler, be careful not to over mix the batter! It should be slightly lumpy! And do not stir the batter after adding the berries, they should sit on top—this is how you achieve the “cobbled” look.
Bake the cobbler for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown then serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
If strawberries aren’t your favorite fruit, it’s easy to swap them out for blueberries, blackberries or raspberries.
