Grilled Peach-Topped S’mores
When it comes to something as delicious as s’mores (we call them s’meaches) you might think you can’t improve upon the perfection of the old standby but our grilled peach-topped s’mores may change your mind!
You can make s’mores even if you don’t have a campfire or a grill. Just grill each side of the peach slice in a grill pan or sauté pan on your stovetop and you’ll have a delightful weekend treat for a date night or a kid’s birthday party.
Grilled Peach-Topped S’mores Recipe
Take one bite of these peach-topped s'mores and you won’t believe how this fruit adds a whole new level of smoky-sweet goodness to a classic campfire treat.
Ingredients
- peaches, sliced
- large marshmallows
- graham crackers
- chocolate bars
Instructions
- Skewer peaches and marshmallows on skewer (alternate ingredients).
- Toast over open flame or on a grill until peaches and marshmallows are lightly caramelized and browned then remove from heat.
- Slide peaches and marshmallow onto graham cracker square and top with chocolate bar half.
- Place another graham cracker square on top and devour!

You can also use bananas or nectarines with this recipe!
