When it comes to something as delicious as s’mores (we call them s’meaches) you might think you can’t improve upon the perfection of the old standby but our grilled peach-topped s’mores may change your mind!

You can make s’mores even if you don’t have a campfire or a grill. Just grill each side of the peach slice in a grill pan or sauté pan on your stovetop and you’ll have a delightful weekend treat for a date night or a kid’s birthday party.

Grilled Peach-Topped S’mores Recipe

Take one bite of these peach-topped s'mores and you won’t believe how this fruit adds a whole new level of smoky-sweet goodness to a classic campfire treat.

Ingredients

  • peaches, sliced
  • large marshmallows
  • graham crackers
  • chocolate bars

Instructions
 

  • Skewer peaches and marshmallows on skewer (alternate ingredients).
  • Toast over open flame or on a grill until peaches and marshmallows are lightly caramelized and browned then remove from heat.
  • Slide peaches and marshmallow onto graham cracker square and top with chocolate bar half.
  • Place another graham cracker square on top and devour!

Notes

You can also use bananas or nectarines with this recipe!
