Spicy Sausage Feta Dip

Serve this up with a thinly sliced baguette or our Air Fryer Bagel Chips for a crispier option. If you prefer chips, you can also use tortilla chips. You want a thicker option that’s going to hold this thick dip.
Spicy Sausage Feta Dip Recipe Tips:
+ You want to make sure you use an oven safe skillet for this recipe. We like using a cast iron one that you can just serve it up in when you’re ready to enjoy.
+ If you don’t like spice, you can simply skip the chili crisp and use a regular Italian sausage instead of a spicy option.
Spicy Sausage Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground spicy Italian sausage
- 8 oz block feta cheese
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp chili crisp, optional
- 3 cloves garlic, halved
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- fresh basil leaves, chopped, to garnish
- baguette, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook the sausage over medium heat in a skillet until cooked through. Set aside.
- In a 6-8" cast iron skillet, add the feta, cream cheese, roasted bell pepper, chili crisp, and garlic cloves. Place into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir until everything is combined. Add the sausage and stir again. Sprinkle the top with the mozzarella and place back into the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with more chili crisp and chopped basil. Serve with baguette and enjoy!
