Fall Fruit Salad

Fall Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, diced
- 1 Honey Crisp Apple, diced
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 2 navel oranges, cara cara oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup pecans, halved
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add the fruit, pecans, and cranberries to the bowl. Toss to combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight before serving and enjoy!
