This fall fruit salad is an easy and healthy appetizer to add to your Thanksgiving menu or holiday party menu.

Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, diced
  • 1 Honey Crisp Apple, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 navel oranges, cara cara oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup pecans, halved
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp bourbon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Add the fruit, pecans, and cranberries to the bowl. Toss to combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight before serving and enjoy!
