Balsamic Grilled Tofu
This Balsamic Grilled Tofu is a delicious summer recipe that makes the most of grilling season. We start by marinating the tofu with balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, mustard and fresh herbs. Balsamic Grilled Tofu Recipe Tips:
+ If the weather isn’t right for grilling, you can easily use a grill pan on the stove instead. Get it super hot and make sure you use enough oil so the tofu doesn’t stick.

Balsamic Grilled Tofu
Ingredients
- 16 oz Extra Firm Tofu
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos, or soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp agave syrup, or honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, plus more to serve
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Drain the tofu and cut into three ½" large slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic powder, honey, dijon, parsley, anda pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place each piece of tofu in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Let marinate for 30 minutes, then flip the tofu over and marinate for another 30 minutes.
- Lightly grease the grill grates. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once heated, grill thetofu for about 3-5 mintues per side. The tofu should easily flip/not stick to the grill.
- Once the tofu is done, brush a little bit of the marinade over the top
- Garnish with green onion, red pepper flake, and more parsely if desired and enjoy!
