- 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese, marinara, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted water.
- Pour the sauce in a large skillet over low heat. Stir until warmed. Be careful to not let it get too hot.
- Add the cooked pasta into the sauce along with a splash of pasta water. Toss until completely combined and enjoy!
