This 7 Layer Greek Dip is an easy appetizer full of healthy ingredients like cucumber, artichokes, tomatoes, and olives.

  • 10 ounces hummus, plain
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichokes , chopped
  • 1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • pita bread, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Spread the hummus onto your serving platter evenly.  
  • Layer with the cucumber, artichokes, tomatoes, olives, feta, and green onion.  
  • Serve with pita bread and enjoy!
