  • Pour the blended cottage cheese into a mixing bowl along with the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until completely combined. Taste and add more maple if desired for a sweeter dip.
  • Cover and let chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
