Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 5 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the blended cottage cheese into a mixing bowl along with the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until completely combined. Taste and add more maple if desired for a sweeter dip.
- Cover and let chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Serve with apple slices, pretzels, and enjoy!
