Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Move over PSL! We have a new favorite fall beverage. This pumpkin pie smoothie is such a delicious high protein smoothie recipe for weight loss. With pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie seasoning, and honey, you have all the warm and cozy flavors of fall, mixed with a pack of protein thanks to Greek yogurt and, if you want, a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe Tips:
+ If you want to make this recipe but have a fresh, not frozen, banana – that’s fine. Just throw some ice in the blender to get the right consistency.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana, chopped and frozen
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the lesser amount of honey. Blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Taste and add more honey if desired for sweetness.
- Serve immediately with extra pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top.
