Ranch Roasted Asparagus

Ranch Roasted Asparagus Recipe Tips:
+ This recipe is just as good with some of your other favorite vegetables. Green beans, brussels sprouts, and carrots are also delicious! You may have to adjust the roasting times depending on the vegetable.
+ You can also roast your asparagus in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 and air fry for 8-10 minutes. Be sure to flip halfway through. Then just finish off the recipe by topping the asparagus with the cooked bacon bits and a generous dusting of fresh lemon zest.
Ranch Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 large bunches asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cut into pieces
- lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the asparagus stalks into thirds to make bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the asparagus with the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper until the asparagus is completely coated.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes or until the asparagus is bright green and fork tender.
- Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the bacon pieces and cook until crispy, about 5-8 minutes.
- Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
- Top the asparagus with the cooked bacon bits and a generous dusting of fresh lemon zest and enjoy!
