5-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

5-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Yield: 2 mug cakes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Sift all dry ingredients into medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Divide batter equally between 2 microwave safe mugs.
- Cook 1 at a time, 1−2 minutes each then allow to cool slightly. Garnish as desired,
- Enjoy while still warm.
Notes
Add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter to amp up the texture of your 5-minute cake!
