High Protein Edible “Cookie Dough”
One thing about us, we don’t skip dessert. This edible cookie dough is one of our favorite high protein dessert recipes because it’s incredibly easy to make and super tasty. You literally just throw the ingredients into a food processor, stir in some chocolate chips, and enjoy. It couldn’t be more simple. Plus, you can store in an airtight container and enjoy for several days, so it’s a great meal prep to ensure you always have a sweet treat on hand.

Edible Cookie Dough Recipe Tips
+ You can easily customize this edible cookie dough recipe to be any flavor of “cookie dough” you like. Swap in some chocolate protein powder for a chocolatey version, or use a coconut protein powder and some macadamia nuts for a fun twist.
+ You can also use dried chickpeas in this recipe. You’ll just need to soak them overnight (ideally 12 hours) before they’re ready to go in your food processor for this recipe.
+ Don’t have a food processor on hand? You can use a blender and simply pulse the ingredients together.
High Protein Edible “Cookie Dough”
Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 14 oz can chickpeas
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter, or nut butter of choice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a food processor and blend until ingredients are well combined and smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days.
